Paula Tubert-Golden is the definition of integrity and professionalism in Los Angeles real estate. As a resident since 1976, she has cultivated a dream team of consummate professionals, enabling her to facilitate the smoothest transactions with reliability and ease. With her dedicated marketing department, transaction coordinator, escrow, title, inspectors, and lenders, Paula supports her clients in every aspect of each transaction, exemplified by the motto “luxury is not a price point. It is a level of service.” Drawing on rich experience as a key to being of service, she has worked with lawyers, government trustees, and the court system both as an interpreter and as a real estate agent. She has logged over a decade not only as an agent, but working directly with real estate bankruptcies, probates, and conservatorships, bringing an understanding of the entire process and the specific workings of the various parties involved. She is bilingual (English and Spanish) and has worked with people in all fields. Paula is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), The CLAW, and CAR (California Association of Realtors) and belongs to The MLS and SRAR service. Her designations include CDPE, Equator Short Sale, REO certified, and HAFA certified. Paula helped run a successful family-owned construction company in East Los Angeles and Hancock Park for 28 years, focusing on sales, negotiations, pricing, and advertising. Paula remains committed to charitable works for the community at large through food, clothing, money, and blood drives to support victims of natural disasters, and she supports Operation Gratitude, benefiting service members and their families.
